We start designing once the required items are in. Anything missing pauses your board.
You receive a design proposal, and you get one round of corrections on it. Send all your remarks together in a single message. Each additional revision round is €25.

These look fine on a screen but fall apart at print size. If this is all you have, let us know and we will tell you what is possible.
The design process covers the design itself. It does not cover correcting or improving the material you send us.
Composition, sizing and balance across the whole board.
10 mm bleed around the board, 10 mm safe margin inside it.
The cut line and the terminal opening, positioned exactly.
Colour conversion and a production-ready file for the printer.
Use these to check that your photos are sharp enough at real size.
